16 Handles, a New York City self-serve frozen yogurt brand, is set to open a new location in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, on July 26, 2025. Located at 300 Court St., the shop aims to serve as a community hub for dessert lovers, featuring a variety of flavors and toppings. Franchisees Eric Farber and Dylan Vas, who share a passion for frozen yogurt and entrepreneurship, are behind the venture. Their goal is to create a welcoming space for families and neighbors to gather.

The new 16 Handles shop will offer 16 soft serve flavors, including vegan and no sugar added options, alongside over 50 premium toppings. The brand is known for its innovative flavors, such as Dubai Chocolate and Mango Lassi, as well as classics like Classic Vanilla. The shop's design includes lounge-style seating and late-night hours, catering to a wide range of customers.

Farber and Vas plan to expand the 16 Handles brand further into Brooklyn and Queens, focusing on neighborhoods that value community and quality desserts. A grand opening event on July 26, 2025, will feature free frozen yogurt for the first 100 guests and discounts throughout the weekend.
