Newsworthy.ai provides a platform that allows users to create, post, distribute, and promote content like press releases, articles, videos, etc. ("User Content"). AttentionWorthy Inc. merely provides hosting services and has no ownership or control over any User Content.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, post, distribute, or otherwise make available on the Service. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the User Content and grant the licenses specified below.
- Your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, or third party rights.
- Your User Content is free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless AttentionWorthy Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third party claims, suits, actions, or other legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with your User Content or violation of these Terms.
Rights we have over User Content
We need certain licenses from you to provide the Service and enable features like sharing content publicly or with other users. When you post User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content on the Service solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
Removal of Content
We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to store or maintain your User Content.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Boerne, Texas.
