Aircraft Engine Lease Finance strengthens its financial, legal, and pricing capabilities with three experienced hires as the company expands its fleet and transaction volume during its 10th year of operation.

Aircraft Engine Lease Finance has significantly strengthened its management team with the addition of three experienced professionals as the US-based aircraft lessor continues to expand its operations and transaction capabilities. The company has added Kristopher Roy as Chief Financial Officer, David Brown as Associate General Counsel, and Ethan Ross as Senior Pricing Associate, bringing decades of combined industry expertise to support AELF's growing fleet of 737NGs and A330s.
Kristopher Roy assumes the CFO role with responsibility for strategic finance, treasury, financial reporting, tax, corporate development, risk management, and accounting matters. Roy brings extensive experience from his previous positions as Chief Financial Officer at Metropolis Technologies, Inc. and SP Plus Corporation, where he developed long-standing relationships with capital providers and lenders. His background includes corporate financial management, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, corporate financing, and capital markets expertise.
David Brown joins as Associate General Counsel with nearly two decades of transportation finance experience, including 11 years with Aviation Capital Group where he led complex aircraft leasing negotiations and executed cross-border transactions. Brown's expertise in compliance programs and equipment finance transactions, gained during his nine years with GE Capital Rail Services Corporation, positions him to spearhead internal initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk for AELF's expanding transaction volume.
Ethan Ross brings twelve years of aircraft leasing industry experience to his role as Senior Pricing Associate, having previously worked at ILFC and later AerCap following their merger, where he was responsible for maintenance forecasting. Ross's background includes developing pricing platforms and leading pricing teams at VMO Air, making him instrumental in evaluating and modeling prospective transactions for AELF's growing portfolio. The company's expansion comes during its 10-year anniversary period, with increased transaction size and volume requiring enhanced capabilities across financial, legal, and pricing functions to support continued growth in the competitive aircraft leasing market.
