Bank Independent Stadium at UNA Reaches Construction Milestone

The completion of the final structural beam placement at Bank Independent Stadium, a $65 million multipurpose facility on the University of North Alabama (UNA) campus, signifies a major milestone in the project's development. Managed by Birmingham-based HPM, the stadium is anticipated to open in Fall 2026, offering a venue for athletic and community events. The facility will feature Bobby Wallace Field, a three-level press tower, and amenities designed to support UNA's football, baseball, and soccer teams, as well as the marching band.
