CCI France Malaysia Expands Business Facilities to Support Growing French Business Presence

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) France Malaysia has strategically enhanced its business support infrastructure, demonstrating a robust commitment to facilitating French business expansion in Southeast Asia. By relocating and upgrading its Wisma Mont Kiara business center, the organization has created a comprehensive ecosystem designed to support startups, small and medium enterprises, and multinational corporations.

The expansion includes a significant increase in physical workspace, with the new center now housing 16 workstations and offices. This development is part of a broader national network that now encompasses two business centers in Kuala Lumpur and satellite offices in Johor Bahru, Penang, and Kota Kinabalu, offering a total of 30 private offices, 22 workstations, and six meeting rooms.

A key highlight of the expansion is the new multipurpose function room, capable of hosting up to 40 participants. This versatile space will serve multiple purposes, including HRDC-certified training programs covering critical business domains such as human resources, management, artificial intelligence, sales, and sustainability. The room underscores CCI France Malaysia's commitment to talent development and continuous professional learning.

The center's inauguration, officiated by senior Malaysian government officials including the CEO of the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), symbolizes the strong bilateral economic ties between France and Malaysia. The event brought together key stakeholders from the Malaysian-French business community, highlighting the strategic importance of cross-border collaboration.

Beyond physical infrastructure, CCI France Malaysia offers comprehensive business support services, including company setup assistance, visa applications, payroll and accounting services, legal support, and document certification. These services are designed to simplify and streamline the process of establishing and maintaining French business operations in Malaysia.

With nearly 600 French companies currently established in the country, this expansion represents a significant investment in supporting and nurturing international business relationships. The chamber's approach demonstrates a holistic strategy of providing not just workspace, but a complete ecosystem for business growth and professional development.
