Xponential Fitness brands Club Pilates and Pure Barre have partnered with virtual clinic Midi Health to provide members with education and resources on hormone health, menopause management, and aging well through a six-month campaign offering workshops and expert care.

Club Pilates and Pure Barre have announced a partnership with Midi Health to launch the 'Strong Through Every Stage' campaign, providing members with comprehensive education and resources focused on women's midlife health. The collaboration between these Xponential Fitness brands and the virtual care clinic will address critical health needs including hormone health, peri/menopause management, longevity, and aging well through workshops and educational content available across all 50 states.
The six-month campaign running from September 2025 through February 2026 will feature experiential workshops with Midi clinicians in select studios across major metropolitan areas including the Bay Area, Chicago, Houston, Indianapolis, and Washington DC. These workshops will focus on science-backed solutions tailored to women's specific midlife health requirements, covering topics such as disease prevention, beauty, sexual health, and comprehensive hormone management.
Steve Pankowski, Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Xponential Fitness, emphasized the holistic approach to health, stating that healthy living extends beyond physical exercise to include hormonal health and menopause management. The partnership leverages Midi Health's insurance-covered care model and clinical expertise, with 91% of patients reporting symptom improvement within 60 days of starting their programs.
Midi Health, founded by women specifically for women's midlife health needs, brings its virtual care platform to Pure Barre and Club Pilates members, offering personalized treatment plans that include hormonal and non-hormonal medications, supplements, and lifestyle coaching. The collaboration aims to destigmatize menopause while expanding focus to all aspects of midlife health, meeting women in environments where they already feel strong and supported.
Joanna Strober, CEO and Co-founder of Midi Health, highlighted the natural synergy between movement and medical care, particularly during midlife when women's health needs undergo significant changes. The partnership provides women with expert, personalized care accessible through the fitness studios they already frequent, making comprehensive health management more convenient and integrated into their wellness routines.
Participating studios are extending exclusive offers to existing Midi customers interested in incorporating low-impact, muscle-building workouts into their holistic wellness journey. The initiative represents a significant step in addressing the often-overlooked health needs of women in midlife through accessible, insurance-covered care combined with established fitness programs.
