Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has signed a confidentiality agreement with DroneShield Limited to integrate advanced counter-UAS technology into its Nexus 20 mobile communications platforms, enhancing defence capabilities for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence against aerial threats.

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has executed a Confidentiality Agreement with DroneShield Limited to design and integrate Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capabilities for the Nexus 20 platform, as requested by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence. This collaboration leverages DroneShield's globally recognized expertise in counter-drone technology to enhance the Nexus 20 with leading-edge protection against evolving aerial threats in operational environments.
The agreement builds on recent partnerships, including a Memorandum of Understanding with Babcock International and confidentiality agreements with Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy and Ericsson Limited, which focus on integrating full 4G/5G telecommunications systems. Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, emphasized that this step forward delivers a fully integrated defence capability, combining secure communications from Nokia and Ericsson, Babcock's defence expertise, and DroneShield's counter-UAS technology to position the Nexus 20 as a unique global solution.
The Nexus 20 program, comprising 50 platforms for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, aims to provide a secure and resilient system for modern defence operations.
