Dragonfest 2025 Celebrates Asian Culture and Martial Arts Heritage

The Martial Arts History Museum is set to host the 19th Annual Dragonfest expo on August 2, 2025, at the Glendale Civic Auditorium. This event, more than just an Asian cultural and heritage celebration, serves as a global gathering for martial arts enthusiasts to honor the legacy of martial arts icons and support the museum. Founded by Michael Matsuda, Dragonfest has become a pivotal event in preserving martial arts history, featuring autograph signings, cultural performances, and lectures by notable figures in the field.

With 100 booths offering everything from martial arts supplies to artwork, the expo also highlights Asian cultural performances, including Chinese Lion dancing and Okinawan dancers. Special guests such as Steve Oedekerk and Joe Mantegna will attend, alongside martial arts stars like Michael Jai White and Cynthia Rothrock.
