The deal encompasses Bull Street Media's three primary newsletter products: the daily Bull Street newsletter, the twice-weekly Coin Street cryptocurrency newsletter, and the personal finance-focused AM Wealth newsletter. With an impressive subscriber base of over 160,000 and exceptional engagement metrics, including newsletter open rates exceeding 63% compared to the industry average of 27%, the acquisition represents a significant strategic expansion.

FINTECH.TV's CEO Vince Molinari emphasized the importance of targeting young, financially sophisticated professionals, noting that the acquisition will strengthen the company's ability to deliver innovative financial news across multiple formats and channels.
