Fredericksburg Teen Celebrated with Island-Themed Party for Make-A-Wish Trip to Hawaii

The community of Fredericksburg came together in a vibrant display of support and aloha spirit for 15-year-old Bella, who is living with a critical illness, during an island-themed party celebrating her upcoming Make-A-Wish trip to Hawaii.
