Geopulse Exploration Completes Full Acquisition of ATC Services, Expands Permian Basin Footprint

Geopulse Exploration, Inc. has finalized its complete acquisition of ATC Services, a strategic move that promises to strengthen the company's position in the Permian Basin's energy services market. The transaction, completed on April 28, 2025, involves purchasing the remaining 50% of ATC's membership units, transforming the company into a fully owned subsidiary of Geopulse.

The acquisition is expected to generate approximately $12 million in additional annual run-rate revenue, representing a significant boost to Geopulse's financial performance. ATC Services specializes in critical oil and gas infrastructure support, offering services including drilling and facility pad construction, road maintenance, environmental remediation, and specialized equipment operations.

As part of the agreement, ATC's CEO Chris Bishop and Director Shawn Rye will join Geopulse's Board of Directors, bringing extensive industry expertise to the organization. The management teams of both companies anticipate substantial growth opportunities through organic expansion and potential strategic acquisitions within the Texas energy market.

Marcus Laun of Geopulse highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition, noting the increasing demand for energy services and potential industrial re-shoring efforts. The company believes ATC's specialized services will remain in high demand across the Permian and Delaware Basins in the coming years.

The acquisition signals Geopulse's commitment to expanding its footprint in the competitive oilfield services sector. By integrating ATC's high-margin support services, the company is positioning itself to capitalize on ongoing energy infrastructure development and maintenance needs.

Geopulse will further solidify its regional presence with the planned grand opening of its new headquarters in Big Spring, Texas, scheduled for June 2025.
