The company offers a flat fee service for creating prenuptial agreements, aiming to protect assets more efficiently and affordably than traditional methods.

The investment from The LegalTech Fund, led by Zach Posner and Sam Elhag, comes at a time when the demand for online legal services is surging, partly due to the Covid-19 pandemic's impact on traditional legal processes. HelloPrenup plans to utilize the funding to extend its legal coverage across all 50 states and into international markets, as well as to enhance its platform with advanced technologies like AI.
