Jewish Women’s Giving Foundation Awards Grants to Empower Women and Girls in Baltimore and Israel

The Jewish Women’s Giving Foundation (JWGF), a program of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore, has recently completed its latest grantmaking cycle, distributing funds to seven organizations that are making a significant impact on the lives of underserved women and girls in Baltimore and Israel. Other grantees include the Baltimore Hunger Project, addressing period poverty among young girls, and the Haifa Rape Crisis Center, which works to prevent sexual violence and support survivors in northern Israel.

Since its inception 22 years ago, JWGF has awarded over $2.5 million in grants, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to empowering women and girls through innovative and bold solutions. This year's grantees continue this tradition, tackling urgent issues with creativity and compassion.
