Throughout his career, Yaryan has served as lead broker on hundreds of transactions, navigating complex markets through pivotal economic cycles including the Great Recession, the COVID-19 pandemic, and recent inflationary conditions. Prior to rejoining SRS, he was a managing partner at Sun Realty Partners. His earlier career includes key roles at Equity Investment Services, Marcus & Millichap, and the Orlando office of SRS, where he worked until 2023.

A graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in business, Yaryan has developed a reputation for maximizing value for sellers while identifying strategic opportunities for buyers.
