Natalie Mennis has been appointed Director of Customer Experience, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to lead service model transformations. Howie Kent takes on the role of Director of Business Insights & Retail Technology, focusing on platform integration and analytics strategy. Jose Torres, promoted to Director of Sales, brings over 20 years of retail and sales leadership. Carroll Arroyo has been elevated to Sales Supervisor – Inside Sales, and Joey Lebiak joins the Business Insights team as a Data Analyst.
