Mullen Automotive Inc. to Rebrand as Bollinger Innovations, Trading Under New Ticker BINI

Mullen Automotive Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN), a prominent electric vehicle manufacturer, is set to undergo a significant rebranding, changing its name to Bollinger Innovations, Inc. starting July 28, 2025. This change will see the company's common stock trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol BINI, while the CUSIP number remains unchanged. CEO David Michery describes the rebrand as a strategic move to unify the company's focus on commercial vehicles, emphasizing that the change does not affect Mullen's legal structure or operations, and no action is required from shareholders.

The rebranding comes as Mullen Automotive continues to expand its footprint in the electric vehicle market, with commercial production already underway at its Tunica, Mississippi plant since August 2023. The company has also achieved significant milestones, including IRS approval for federal EV tax credits on its commercial vehicles, offering eligible customers up to $7,500 per vehicle. Additionally, the Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE models have received CARB and EPA certifications, making them available for sale across the U.S. The HVIP approval for the Mullen THREE further enhances its appeal, providing up to a $45,000 cash voucher at the time of purchase.

With the addition of Papé Kenworth to its commercial dealer network, Mullen Automotive now boasts seven dealers, ensuring comprehensive sales and service coverage in key markets. The company's Tunica manufacturing center has also been granted Foreign Trade Zone status, offering benefits such as duty deferment and elimination on exported vehicles. This rebranding to Bollinger Innovations signifies a new chapter for the company as it continues to innovate and expand in the competitive electric vehicle industry.
