New Tenants Announced at Northside Mixed-Use Project in Gilbert, Arizona

The Northside at SanTan Village phase one in Gilbert, Arizona, has secured a series of new tenants, signaling a vibrant addition to the local retail and restaurant scene. This development, a collaboration between Okland Capital and San Tan Development Group, with leasing handled by Western Retail Advisors, is set to enrich the community with a mix of high-end and popular dining and retail options not previously available in the area.

Located in the bustling SanTan Village corridor, the project spans six buildings and 37,289 square feet, featuring shared outdoor spaces designed for community engagement. Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, the anchor tenant, will occupy 11,000 square feet, marking its first Arizona location. Joining Perry’s are several other notable tenants: The Workshop Pilates, expanding its Arizona presence with a fourth studio; The NOW Massage, adding another location in the state; The Milkshake Factory, bringing its handspun milkshakes and ice cream to a second Arizona spot; and Face Foundrie, an upscale facial spa opening its fourth Arizona location.

With these additions, Northside at SanTan Village is approximately 60% leased, leaving five suites available for future tenants. Garret Clifford of Okland Capital expressed enthusiasm about the project's progress and the careful selection of tenants to create an elevated destination.
