Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group Highlight America’s Greatest Workplaces for Hispanics and Latinos 2025

Newsweek, in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group, has announced the first-ever list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Hispanics and Latinos 2025. This initiative underscores the critical role of diversity and inclusion in today’s corporate environment, focusing on companies that have created exemplary workplaces for Hispanic and Latino employees. With over 31.8 million Hispanic Americans in the labor force as of 2023, representing 19% of all U.S. workers, the importance of recognizing and fostering inclusive workplaces cannot be overstated.

The selection process for the 2025 list was meticulous, involving analysis of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and surveys from more than 47,000 Hispanic and Latino professionals. Additionally, over 700,000 company reviews were considered, making this one of the most comprehensive studies on Hispanic and Latino workplace experiences in the U.S. Companies like Cedars-Sinai, Crocs, JetBlue, JPMorgan Chase, and Mercedes-Benz were among those recognized for their outstanding commitment to creating equitable and inclusive environments.
