Nicola Mining Inc. has started a significant 10,000-tonne bulk sampling at its Dominion Creek Gold-Silver Project, marking a pivotal step in exploring high-grade gold and silver deposits in British Columbia.

Nicola Mining Inc. (TSX.V: NIM) (FSE: HLIA) (OTCQB: HUSIF) has initiated a 10,000-tonne bulk sample at its Dominion Creek Mineral Project in British Columbia, a move that underscores the company's commitment to exploring high-grade gold and silver deposits. The project, in which Nicola holds a 75% economic interest, has seen the completion of essential site preparations, including the setup of a 14-man camp, bridge construction, equipment mobilization, and necessary roadwork. Extraction activities are set to begin after road improvements, expected to be finalized by August 10.
The company received a draft permit in March to extract 10,000 tonnes of high-grade gold and silver ore from Dominion Creek. Previous surface and chip samples from the site have yielded promising assays of 62.1 g/t Au and 320 g/t Ag, alongside significant lead and zinc values. Peter Espig, CEO of Nicola Mining, highlighted that the commencement of the bulk sample represents the culmination of years of dedicated work and reflects the growing support for small, high-grade mining projects in British Columbia from First Nations, local communities, and provincial ministries.
