Norman Love Confections Unveils 2025 Holiday and Hanukkah Chocolate Collections

Norman Love Confections has announced the release of its 2025 Holiday Collection and 2025 Hanukkah Collection, featuring limited-edition assortments of handcrafted, ultra-premium chocolates designed specifically for holiday gifting and celebrations. These artisan chocolates are inspired by traditional holiday flavors and expertly crafted by the company's award-winning chocolatiers to capture the spirit of the season. Lisa Fisher, CEO of Norman Love Confections, stated that the collections were created to evoke warm, happy holiday memories with every delicious bite.

The 2025 Holiday Collection includes ten distinct flavors that reflect classic winter traditions. The assortment features Candy Cane with white chocolate and smooth frosted candy cane ganache, Eggnog combining white chocolate with silky sweet notes spiced with dark rum, and S'More incorporating milk chocolate with toasted marshmallows and graham crackers. Other flavors include White Christmas with milk chocolate, hazelnut, praline and cinnamon; Gingerbread featuring milk chocolate with spiced gingerbread morsels; and Holiday Spiced Caramel combining dark chocolate with buttery caramel infused with festive spices. The collection continues with Jingle Bell Java offering dark chocolate with rich coffee ganache and holiday notes, Snowflake featuring white chocolate with smooth vanilla ganache accented with roasted almonds, Cranberry Cream Torte blending dark chocolate with tart cranberries and sweet white chocolate, and Cinnamon Hot Chocolate presenting dark chocolate infused with cinnamon and chili.

Complementing the holiday offerings, the Hanukkah Collection presents ten flavors inspired by traditional Jewish celebrations. This collection includes Chocolate Babka with rich, decadent chocolate and cinnamon streusel filling in a dark chocolate shell, Coconut Macaroon featuring coconut macaroon center in rich dark chocolate, and Berry Cheese Blintz combining white chocolate with raspberry and strawberry mascarpone. Additional flavors include Black & White Cookie with sugar cookie and chocolate-vanilla icing in white chocolate, Cinnamon Rugelach featuring dark chocolate with cinnamon rugelach filling, and Vanilla with vanilla filling in dark chocolate. The collection also offers Tahitian Caramel with milk chocolate filled with caramel made from Tahitian vanilla, Sufganiyot presenting raspberry-filled donut ganache in milk chocolate, Chocolate Gelt featuring dark chocolate with a hint of salt, and Festival Orchard with apple cinnamon ganache in a milk shell.

Beyond the boxed collections, the company is introducing several specialty items for the holiday season. A limited-edition edible Advent Calendar will be available to count down the days until Christmas, featuring a variety of seasonal treats and confections. Handcrafted nutcrackers will be offered in milk, white and dark chocolate varieties, along with chocolate bars in festive packaging, party boxes and reimagined gift baskets. These specialty items will be available through the company's online store and physical salons beginning November 10. The collections will be available for purchase at Norman Love Confections locations in Fort Myers, Naples, Estero, Sarasota, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Extended holiday hours will be implemented from November 25 through January 3, with all salons open on Sundays during this period.
