ATS Group, a North Macedonian defense technology corporation, demonstrated its growing international prominence at the SHOT Show 2025, unveiling ambitious plans for global defense manufacturing expansion and technological innovation.

The company presented a comprehensive portfolio of advanced defense technologies, including manoeuvrable steel-core ammunition, sophisticated gunpowder blends, and composite ballistic textiles. With only one comparable facility in Europe, ATS Group is positioning itself as a significant player in the global defense manufacturing landscape.

Key highlights of the company's strategic vision include a €60 million investment in facility redesign and digitalisation, introducing advanced smart sensors and predictive maintenance systems. This technological upgrade aims to optimize production processes and respond more effectively to increasing global demand for defense equipment.

The company's expansion strategy encompasses multiple international initiatives, including establishing a new ammunition facility in Texas, USA, opening a London office, and planning additional manufacturing locations across strategic sites in Europe and other continents. This approach reflects ATS Group's ambition to become a globally competitive defense technology provider.

ATS Group's production capabilities are substantial, with facilities capable of producing over 200 million small-caliber ammunition rounds and 15,000 large-caliber ammunition units annually.
