Patel Law Group, a Texas-based boutique law firm, has announced its rebranding to PSBP Law, also known as Patel, Soni, Barsness, & Prescott, following the promotion of two partners to equity status. Chris Prescott, who leads the immigration department, and Chris Barsness, head of the corporate and securities department, have joined Rakesh Patel, Anish Patel, and Shameer Soni as equity partners. Chris Barsness, with over 24 years of experience, focuses on business transactions, complex financings, investment funds, M&A, and securities matters, having moved from California to join the firm four years ago. The firm will gradually implement the new name over the coming months, ensuring continuity for existing clients who will receive the same high level of service.
