Rock Hill Football Camp Empowers Young Athletes with Life Skills and Athletic Training

The Community Partnership Foundation, in collaboration with former Buffalo Bills safety Jonathan Meeks, successfully conducted its second Football C.A.M.P. at Rock Hill High School, targeting young athletes aged 7 to 15. This initiative, made possible through local sponsorships, offered a unique blend of football training and essential life skills workshops at no cost to participants.

Under the guidance of Meeks and a team of former NFL athletes, college players, and coaches, attendees engaged in a variety of football drills and games. Beyond physical training, the camp emphasized the significance of mental health, financial literacy, and the value of community involvement through interactive lectures.

Debbie Garrick, Board Chair of The Community Partnership Foundation, highlighted the foundation's commitment to fostering youth empowerment through practical experiences. The program reflects the foundation's dedication to making a lasting impact in York County, S.C., by supporting equitable opportunities for all community members.
