Telvantis and Adya Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance Digital and Telecom Services

Telvantis Voice Services Inc., a subsidiary of Telvantis Inc., and Adya Inc. have announced a strategic collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at launching telecom services, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives across Canada and international markets. This partnership will focus on providing IOT connectivity services, exploring fintech opportunities, collaborating on cloud-based communication services, and expanding voice and SMS trade.

The collaboration leverages Adya's digital platforms and local infrastructure alongside Telvantis' international presence and funding ecosystem, aiming to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. Maickel Abdou, CEO of Telvantis Voice Services, highlighted the partnership's alignment with their mission to expand service capabilities in North America. Similarly, Samer Bishay, CEO of Adya, expressed excitement about accelerating Adya's vision of becoming a leading digital enabler.

Operational efforts to bring the partnership to fruition are set to begin immediately, with initial projects expected to launch in Q3 2025.
