The Breakroom Bar & Grill Embarks on a New Chapter Under Mother-Son Ownership

The Breakroom Bar & Grill is set to begin a new chapter as it welcomes Angela Hiatt and her son Maxx Alexander as its new owners, marking a significant shift towards a more community-oriented and innovative dining experience. Angela, leaving behind her career in medical billing, and Maxx, transitioning from web development, are bringing fresh energy and a personal touch to the establishment. Despite the change in ownership, the restaurant retains its cherished staff, including Erik, known for his welcoming demeanor, and chefs Christian and Oscar, who continue to prepare made-from-scratch dishes.

One of the first changes under the new management is the reintroduction of lunch service on Thursdays and Fridays, accompanied by a new menu designed to offer fresh and flavorful midday options. The updated hours of operation are Monday to Wednesday from 4pm to 10pm, and Thursday & Friday from 11am to 10pm, with plans to further expand lunch service and refresh the dinner menu in the near future.
