Timothy L. Anderson, President and CEO of USSFCU, emphasized the importance of employee satisfaction in fulfilling the credit union's mission. The 2025 survey revealed high levels of employee satisfaction, with 97% of team members affirming the organization's strong values and 92% feeling appreciated by their managers. Additionally, 90% noted the company's focus on their well-being, and 89% found their work meaningful and expressed confidence in leadership.
