The automated system now processes over one million check-ins annually across the Great Wolf Lodge portfolio, with approximately 50% of arriving guests currently using the system and peak days reaching 70% adoption rates. The system also enables guests to purchase additional amenities such as attraction passes and late check-out options, creating a comprehensive one-stop solution for the full arrival experience.

Virdee's platform supports over 38,000 Room Ready Notifications monthly, allowing guests to check in before their room is ready and begin their resort experience immediately. Guests receive wristbands and are notified digitally when their room becomes available, eliminating the need to return to the front desk or kiosk for room access.
