SankoLabs Newsroom

SankoLabs is a nonprofit organization based in Fort Worth, Texas that prepares young people in Ghana and Nigeria for global remote work. Its focus is the readiness gap: candidates who have the underlying capability but have never been shown what remote employers expect of them.

SankoLabs runs two programs. The Remote Ready Program is a four-week course for adults referred by talent platforms and hiring companies, built around the Remote Readiness Simulation, an assessment run at intake and again at exit to measure how far a candidate has moved. The Youth Bootcamp is an eight-week program for ages 16 to 18. Both are designed to run on a smartphone, so that connectivity is not a barrier to entry.

SankoLabs is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. EIN 42-2414788. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
