Monkee's of Fair Oaks Ranch is a locally owned, veteran-owned women's contemporary boutique serving the Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, and greater San Antonio Hill Country communities from the Lemon Creek Ranch development in Bexar County, Texas.

Founded by native Texan and Texas A&M graduate Kelli Hull, the boutique was born from a simple gap in the market: Hill Country women had nowhere   nearby to shop contemporary designer clothing without a 45-minute drive into San Antonio. After nearly two decades in Washington, D.C., Hull came  home to Texas and turned a bucket-list dream into store #8 in Texas — and roughly #67 nationally — for the North Carolina–based Monkee's franchise.

What makes Monkee's distinctive is the combination of national reach and neighborhood scale. Through the franchise's collective buying power, this 1,200-square-foot boutique carries nationally recognized contemporary designers across a wide range of price points — the kind of brands typically found only in major-market specialty stores — while delivering the personal, appointment- and event-driven service of a true local boutique. From everyday pieces to day-to-night wardrobing, every customer is styled to leave feeling confident.

As a veteran-owned and operated business in Military City USA, Monkee's of Fair Oaks Ranch is also committed to serving the military community through a dedicated program for veterans, military spouses, and active-duty personnel, alongside active involvement in local causes.
