Madison Global, a global leader in Social Recognition, has enhanced its cloud-based SaaS solution, Maestro, with new integrations to Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint, through MaestroCONNECT. The award-winning Maestro platform uses social employee recognition to strengthen the bond between managers and their teams; and the relationship between employees and their companies. Through a unique Strategic Program Design process, effective communications, comprehensive training and robust business analytics, Maestro delivers a complete solution for an organization’s Rewards & Recognition, Sales Incentives, and Service Anniversary programs.

An employee recognition tool is far too important for a company’s growth, culture, recruitment and retention to be seen as more ‘work. — Alex Alaminos, Madison CEO.

With MaestroCONNECT, an API that allows the key functions of the social recognition technology to be integrated into any third-party or proprietary application a company may be using, customers benefit from seamless connections into technology applications used each day by employees.

By integrating with Microsoft Outlook, employees can record feedback, save email communications, and more as part of recognition content to use with peers. In addition, creating a seamless handshake for employee recognition and reward data into a company’s SharePoint instance removed redundancy and ultimately increases usability. SharePoint allows companies to share and manage content, knowledge, and applications to empower teamwork, quickly find information, and seamlessly collaborate across the organization.

“With app usage during work increasing, organizations find themselves continually looking for solutions that will not deter from productivity and/or collaboration due to ‘app fatigue.’ It’s a balancing act of implementing something incredibly worthwhile like an employee rewards and recognition program while avoiding having to ask their teams to log into and duplicate data for yet another application each day,” says Alex Alaminos, Madison CEO. “An employee recognition tool is far too important for a company’s growth, culture, recruitment and retention to be seen as more ‘work,’ Alaminos continued, “That’s why integrating with as many third-party programs used by companies of all sizes is critical, to increase usability and visibility, and to spread the culture of recognition.”

Customers can look forward to additional integrations coming this Fall/Winter 2023 with leading enterprise-level communication tools Microsoft Teams, Yammer and Slack. Launch dates will be released in late summer 2023.
