Megan Leasher, Ph.D., Chief Solutions Strategist has been granted Fellow status through the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Every year SIOP and the SIOP Foundation present numerous awards recognizing excellence in professional and student work. For 2022, 20 members are receiving Fellow status.

These recipients will be honored during the Opening Plenary of the 2022 SIOP Annual Conference being held in Seattle, Washington.

SIOP has been recognizing the outstanding, lifetime contributions of members by granting Fellow status throughout its history. To be considered for SIOP Fellow status, a member must be nominated by another member and endorsed by at least three more SIOP Fellows. A member who has been active in the Society for 10 years or more is eligible for nomination based on meaningful, sustained, and unusual impact on the field. Fellowship is the highest, most elite, and aspirational member status in SIOP and is only granted to a very small proportion of members.
